Lucio Adger

My name is Lucio Adger, 35 years old and I am a Health and Wellbeing Coach for Ivel Valley South PCN.

I work with patients to help improve nutritional, physical and mental well being. I mainly work on a one to one basis and this can be in a variety of mediums such as phone, teams, face to face in surgeries and home visits. Being an advocate of promoting mental health due to my own experiences, prior to this role I had my own company for 10 years known as Above Adversity Personal Training, where I combined the practice of training the body in a variety of ways (gym, weights, functional, kettlebells, muay thai, boxing, padwork etc) and helped the mind as a qualified behaviour change specialist and counsellor. I am also a firm believer that creativity is a key outlet to expressing oneself and finding out who someone truly is. I am a musician by heart and create and compose for a variety of projects. I have played guitar for over 22 years.
