I joined the NHS in 2009 as a Managment accountant until 2014, then decided to train for the career I always wanted, so went to University to pursue a degree in Health Nutrition and Exercise.
On completion of degree, worked in private practice in a Gut Health clinic as a Health and Nutrition therapist. Returned to the NHS in 2019 as a Dietetic Assistant at Bedfordshire Hospitals NHS trust. Joined the PCN in as a Health and Wellbeing coach in 2021. Currently studying for a MSc in Psychology with the Open University. Enjoy long distance cycling, strength training and running.
